Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

James 1:27

I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of him.

The One: Twenty-Seven Ministry is a ministry of College Hills Church of Christ that serves to assist men and women who are caring for orphans. This ministry primarily serves active participants of the College Hills Church of Christ. Those involved in orphan care initiatives such as adoption, fostering to adopt, and foster care will be considered for support from this ministry.

We also aim to support the foster care community of Wilson County. If you have any questions about this ministry, please send an email to 127@collegehills.org and follow us on Instagram @127ministry

We are excited to announce the 2018 race will be held on October 27, 2018. This year we are partnering with Scott and Emily Walters as they pursue adoption. Registration for this race will begin on September 23rd. Please check back then to register!
